1 chopped raw pear or 1 apricot or 1 peach
120 millilitres (4 fluid ounces) of unsweetened almond soy, rice or coconut milk
1 tablespoon of fresh lecithin granules or 2 tablespoons of LSA
Blend together all ingredients until smooth and add ice cubes if desired.
